Cancellation Policy
These sessions involve the direct, scheduled time of a Karuna's consultants and are subject to the following terms: Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours advance notice without penalty. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are forfeited without refund. No-Show Policy: If a client does not log in or make contact within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is considered a "no-show" and is forfeited without refund or rescheduling. Package Refunds (Before Sessions Begin): If a client cancels an entire purchased package more than 7 days before the first scheduled session, they will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. If a client cancels an entire purchased package within 7 days of the first scheduled session, the payment is non-refundable. (Your time is now reserved). Package Refunds (After Sessions Begin): Refunds for partially completed packages are not typically granted, as we reserve time exclusively for you. In cases of significant, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., serious medical issue), a client may submit a written request for review. If approved, any refund will be prorated only for any completely unused, pre-paid sessions, minus a 20% cancellation fee on the total package price. The value of any used sessions or sessions within the 7-day cancellation window will be deducted at the full single-session rate.
